Bonus points for you if you could figure out that it was Chrysalis judging by the dress, eyes, and hairstyle! I didn't notice that they had a different dress until I drew this. -.-;;

What they don't know is that I have fooled them all!

Probably my favorite song from the final episode of Season 2 for MLP. Here's the Queen Chrysalis as Cadence in her wedding dress. I think this is the dress before it was modified by Rarity. There was a lot happening in that episode. ^_^;

Anyway, based on my reference, there was only one layer of the filigree, but during the actual song and stuff, her dress has two layers. Oh well~!

Modified it a smidge here and there, but the original design shows through. I had to work hard on the filigree patterns since this is the first time I've ever worked with them. They came out... satisfactory.

I could tell it was Chrysalis because I really don't see Cadence with that expression...still, good job. Flowing lines, design accuracy, and that serenity with more than a hint of something sinister. Also, sorry the post emote is "Anger", it was an accident.
