Yaaay. Not bad, not bad at all. Manaphy's left arm doesn't look as smooth as all the rest of it, but that's not too bad and it's the biggest fault I can find.
Other than that, I thought Manaphy's antennae things were supposed to be thinner and longer, and I don't know whether those eyelash things are patterns on its skin or actual eyelashes, but the way you did it they look like actual eyelashes.
Otherwise it's all good.
