That guy looks so much like Zack from FF7. Come on Square Enix stop being so lazy!
Anyways, he's pretty good. Not quite as good as your others, but I can't quite put my finger on what's not good about it. I think it's the way his head is bent down a little, and his jaw and mouth both seem a little big.
Either way though, still good. You've really got your semi-realism style down.
